Welcome to all,
 The following are the documents and files needed to help complete year one of Holy Spirit's Confirmation program which take place outside of classes.

Assignments for year 1- 

December 4th:
 -Confirmation information form due 
-Baptismal certificate due

January 22nd:
-Sponsor eligibility form (Sealed & Signed by their Pastor) due -Sponsor interview due 

-Family Prayer form due 


January 12th: “KNOWN” Retreat with NET ministries (Youth Group)

March 12th:     
-Service project forms due

-Saint report due

All paper forms can be handed to your child's SOR teacher, Mr. Leikam, or handed/emailed to me. If any new forms or links to online forms are needed, please contact me [email protected]
